Look out for our next supreme court justice

Sonia Sotomayor obama’s supreme court pick is anti . In a ruling this crazy nut made she stated something to the effect of owning a gun is NOT a constitutional right. Obviously this ruling was appealed all the way to the supreme court, where she is about to sit. From what we have heard it will not get there any time soon. So this liberal Nazi will soon have the ability to vote on her own ruling that was overturned. I’m here to tell you, if this goes against the gun owner’s here in America, and the police or anyone else come’s for my firarm’s, there will be war. I’m cocked, locked, and ready to rock and roll. Are you?

Ruger PC4 carbine rifle review

Basics
The Ruger PC4 is a semi automatic pistol caliber carbine – a rifle that fires a pistol cartridge. The PC4 is chambered for .40 S&W, and there is also a 9mm version available (the PC9). The PC4 (and the PC9) use Ruger pistol magazines, which is especially nice for those who already have Ruger pistols. Both the PC4 (sometimes called the PC40) and PC9 weigh in at about 6.5 pound, with barrels that are just over 16″ in length. The PC4 and PC9 are blowback operated, which is somewhat rare for such carbines. Sighting options include standard iron sights, or ghost ring sights. The standard proprietary Ruger scope mounts are also built in to the receiver. Production of the PC4 and PC9 was stopped a few years ago, after Ruger decided there wasn’t enough demand to justify continued production. However they can still be found at gun stores and online. I found mine at a local gun store for under $600.

Safety Features
The PC4 and PC9 have automatic drop and firing pin safeties, along with a manual safety in the rear of the trigger guard. One interesting feature related to how these carbines are blowback operated. One of the downsides to blowback operation is that the action is not usually locked closed, but is instead only held closed by spring pressure. If the is dropped or jarred, it is possible for the action to partially open, preventing proper operation of the until the user notices those problem and closes it back up. Ruger fixes this by having the action lock closed, and then unlock as either the trigger is pulled, or as the action is manually operated. This feature is very well done, and I didn’t even notice it at first until I read more about the PC4 online after I bought it.

Ergonomics
The PC4 feels great to hold, and is pretty well balanced. Balance can be a problem with blowback operated firearms, due to the need to have the action be heavy enough to stay closed as the bullet travels down the barrel, leading to too much weight in one place. Ruger avoided this problem as well, by using weights on the end of a light weight bar to better distribute the weight. The result is a well balanced carbine that is comfortable to hold and shoot. The one thing that I don’t like is the recoil pad. It is made of a rather rigid rubbery material, with ridges in it. I would have preferred a recoil pad that was either a bit softer, or that didn’t have those ridges. I don’t care enough to change the recoil pad, but I thought I would still mention this.

Firing the PC4
This is a fun carbine to shoot, and accuracy was great. I was firing offhand on a 50′ indoor range, and managed to shoot 1″ groups pretty easily. I look forward to going to an outdoor range to see how the PC4 does at longer distances. I will say that recoil was a bit heavier that I expected, given that I was only firing .40 S&W pistol cartridges, although the recoil was by no means unpleasant. I’m guessing the recoil felt heavier than I expected because this carbine is blowback operated, meaning that the action does very little to soften the felt recoil. That said, I do want to be clear that this recoil was quite light compared to any shotgun or centerfire rifle I’ve ever fired, and should not pose a problem for even the most recoil sensitive people.

Conclusion
The PC4 is a nice carbine, especially for those of us who already have pistols chambered for .40 S&W (or the PC9 for those who have pistols chambered for 9mm). Accuracy is good, recoil is light, and a variety of hard-to-notice features relating to safety and the blowback action are nice touches as well. The blowback operation is simple and reliable. Since this carbine is no longer in production, finding one may be slightly difficult, but is worth the effort.

Controversy surrounds proposed law to register ammunition in New York state again!

ALBANY – Demonstrators called the event a civil rights rally Tuesday night.

“We don’t want our privacy violated to be in this database. We don’t want local government or law enforcement knowing what we’re buying, how much we’re buying,” said rally organizer Brian Belz.

They are against a proposed law in Albany County that would require people to show their gun license when buying for handguns, and a driver’s license or other ID for for rifles.

The rally took place just before a public hearing in front of the Legislature.

“You have to stop looking at the average gun owner as a criminal. That’s what laws like this do. It makes common, everyday citizens criminals, pre-crime,” said one resident speaking at the hearing.

But a sponsor of the proposal, legislator Phil Steck, said this is to make sure that only licensed gun owners can buy ammunition, which is already in state law.

“I think what’s going on here in large part is that a lot of people don’t realize that this is the law that’s on the books, it isn’t being enforced, and a lot of folks are ideologically opposed to gun control of any kind,” Steck said.

There were those who stood up in support of the idea.

If you’re a licensed gun owner, you go to the guy, the munitions salesman, you show your proof, you get your ammunition and you’re out of the store. What’s the big deal? I mean, really, what’s the big deal?” said another speaker at the hearing

But most were there to show their opposition.

“Tax them, don’t plow their streets. Keep them in the dark, but don’t mess with their firearms. The giant will not go back to sleep. He votes, and you will reap what you sow,” said Tom King of the New York Rifle and Pistol Association.

The legislature could vote on this next month.

To all you silly lawmakers out there this is an open letter to you in regards to gun control!

Please reprint re-post or otherwise pass this along to your lawmakers.

I am a logical man, and as such I ask you to use some logic in regards to those silly laws you attempt to pass in regards to . I’ve opined in this blog before about similar subjects. You claim to want to stop criminals from acquiring and as one of the main reason’s for your silly little law’s. here is where the logic comes in. Those criminals you are so afraid of, if they have a felony on their record, they already legally prevented from getting said ’s legally. However I do know that they do get guns illegally, I’m not stupid. But all the law’s you pass will not prevent them (the criminals) from getting guns.

There are a few things I don’t understand. One of which is this silly assault and desire to re-ban so called “assault weapons”. It seems you want to ban some firearms simply because of the way they look, not the actual functionality of the firearm. Legally all “assault weapons” sold in America can only fire one (1) round at a time (and I will deal with this issue later). So logic dictate you want to ban weapon’s based on looks alone. So based on my logic this would seem like the stupid illogical laws of the 1700’s and 1800’s that stated affrican American’s were not people, just slaves, just because of the way they looked. I know this is a harsh analogy however it is pretty close to the truth. Looks is all that seem to mater in this issue.

Now on to those silly little unconstitutional laws about fully automatic laws stating we as American’s and your boss’ not owning them. If any of you silly lawmakers or frankly put anyone reading this can point me to the part of the constitution that stat’s the public as a whole can now own full automatic firearms, I will apologize. Seeing as it is not currently in the constitution I know that will not happen. This here is a legitimate question I really want an answer to. Am I second class citizen because I am not in the military? The reason I ask is rightfully all of our soldiers are allowed to have and use full auto firearms, however if I do it I get arrested and the ATF banging on my door. Again there is no constitution amendment stating otherwise though. So by this I must assume I am considered a second class citizen. Oh and this also goes for the police, they are allowed and I am not. Not only is this unfair it is also illegal according to the constitution of the United States of America. Which by all measures should be and is the law of the land. If I had the money I would sue this point all the way to the supreme court and using this argument I logically should win. However I do not have the money nor does the supreme court use logic as well. If they did this would not be an issue. Please some lawmaker out there explain all this to me logically so I can understand.

So if some lawmaker who believes this silliness about kgun controlread this, please contact me and explain your reason’s through the blog where I originally posted this http://www.gunsandammoenthusiastblog.com.

And without legal firearms ammunition does them absolutely no good. However I do know that they do get illegally, I’m not stupid.

As a life member of the NRA, a firearm owner, and hunter, I have no real big issue with gun store’s keeping track of which ammunition I purchase. I hate to break it to everyone, gun owner and lawmaker alike. They already do keep track of what ammo id bought at their store. It’s called keeping track of inventory. The store owners and managers do this so they know what they need to buy and when. Some of you silly lawmakers in local states (like in New York) and even on the federal level want to pass law’s forcing said owner’s to actually keep track of ammunition sale down to the customer. Assumingly so you or someone else in your office’s know which citizen has which ammo. Again this is not really logical, unless all you want to do is raise the price of ammunition to put it out of reac of the average shooter. There is no real logical reason I can think of. Now there is another theory out there, that I can understand, the theory goes something like this. You (the government) want to keep track of all the ammunition the firearm owner buy’s so you can keep track of what firearm each of us owns, as sort of a back door way of gun control of some sort. The problem with this theory is if the firearm owner bought their firearm legally there is all ready a record of what was bought. Back to the ammunition issue. I know for a fact there are people out there who think no one should own or have a gun. There are even a small even sillier group then you the lawmaker’s that think the military shout not have firearm’s also. Like I said very silly. So if some lawmaker who believes this silliness about keeping track of ammunition read this, please contact me and explain your reason’s through the blog where I originally posted this http://www.gunsandammoenthusiastblog.com.

ON THE ROAD TO REBELLION

It cannot be said enough folks, elections have consequences and we’re living those consequences right now. It is those liberals that putt a liar, a thug, and a deceiver in the Oval Office. The liberals who installed this fool thought that once in, the world “could be as one,” to quote a line from one of the stupidest songs ever puked up, yet this has failed to happen. Also failing to happen was that the rise of the oceans would halt, global cooling or global heating, depending on the day of the week, would stop, Michelle Obambi’s bulbous butt would shrink, and their kids would attend public schools in DC. Now, the Angry Gargoyle in North Korean has flexed his muscle, playing the libs for idiots yet again (remember Maddy Halfbright and BJ Bubba’s laughable efforts here?) while China is on the rise, flexing their muscle against US Navy ships, and Iran just shot a missile capable of taking a nuclear warhead, albeit a small one, all of the way to Israel or Europe. But WE’RE the bad guys according to the Thug-in-Chief. Evidently, reparations for blacks are out of vogue, it’s now time for America to pony up reparations FOR THE WORLD!
Liberals attack the Right on a daily basis for NOT giving The Mystical Magical Negro (LA Times) a chance, just like we should have given BJ Bubba a chance, over and over and over and over and over… This is nothing new to us; we’ve all seen this before from a liberal potus. BJ Bubba could not tell the truth to save his fat a** during his unimpressive years as the Liar-in-Thief and the lies, scandals, and impeachment trials came at us faster than Rosie O’Donnell shoving bean burritos down her neck! One needed a program to track the players and Comrade Zero is not far behind. Here is a website that tracks the lies of the Thug-in-Chief. http://www.audacityofhypocrisy.com/fashion-shows/ The main focus of effort for this bumbling idiot seems to be eroding or rather, outright dodging of the US Constitution as he seeks to command private industry, dictate car emissions standards, bow to foreign sovereigns, and utter such nonsense that the Constitution:

“must break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the Constitution, at least as its been interpreted and [the] Warren Court interpreted in the same way, that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. The document says what the states can’t do to you, says what the Federal government can’t do to you, but doesn’t say what the Federal government or State government must do on your behalf.”

Stunningly, this fool was actually allowed to TEACH the Constitution to students who did not know that they were being fleeced by the best flim-flam man to come out of the Chicago political sewer! The entire purpose of the US Constitution is to, listen up Comrade Zero, LIMIT GOVERNMENT! He swore to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic but he IS the enemy! His attacks on and efforts to erode and destroy the Constitution of the United States of America are impeachable offenses but no one has the guts to say that the Anointed One has no clothes. We Conservatives would rather die than allow this pawn of Soros to turn the Constitution into a sliced and diced “living and breathing” joke. Our Founding Fathers got it right, THE FIRST TIME!

Liberals whine that we on the Right are starting a civil war, not backing the potus, being big meanies, etc, but the reality of this entire issue not only has its roots in the 1960′s that birthed the radicalism of Hitlery, Alinsky, DiFi, Boxer, Waxman, Reid, Rhambutt the Ballerina, Maobama, etc, but was exacerbated when the Democratic majority Congress attacked and slandered and then blocked the 1987 SCOTUS nomination of Judge Bork. Who led the charge? Why none other than Chappaquiddick Ted Kennedy! Hypocrite. Liar. Drunkard. Then they followed that with continual attacks against Bush 43, printing classified information on the front page of the NY Obama Times, gave aid to our enemies in Fallujah via Waxman and Code Pink, and continue to consider criminal prosecutions against the Bush administration for being mean to captured Islamic terrorists like Khalid Sheik Mohammed, the architect of 9/11. On April 21, 2009, Comrade Zero stated that he “left open the possibility of legally pursuing the Bush administration officials who formulated the policies that led to enhanced interrogation techniques.”

Well boo-hoo. The Gunny wonders what Daniel Pearl would have to say about that. The liberals in America believe that if we could just “hope” for a socialized utopian world, those terrorists and the enemies of America will “change” and why, the liberal lamb will lie down with the islamofascist lion! We’ll NEVER have to worry about a terrorist attack again! The radical liberals in Congress, under the guise of “progressiveness” (codeword for socialism/communism) are ready to try ANYONE who protected the American people, as per the US Constitution, from terrorist attacks. It is the JOB of the President and elected leaders to PROTECT US from THE ENEMY! Looks like these clowns are too busy bending over and kissing the knob of the Saudi king and groveling in the land of the euro-pee-ons to be much good there. The liberal’s continued attempts to prosecution Bush administration officials are simply the continuation of the attacks on the USA since 1968.

The liberal-socialists, and that is what this breed really is, fervently believes that our Constitution SHOULD BE SUBJECTED to evolving standards of the times! They are down with change for the sake of change and then they’ll hope for the best. Idiots. They rule by public opinion, dig judicial activism and legislating from the bench (when the people say NO!) and use ex post facto laws like BJ Bubba loose in a Girl’s college dorm after lights out! But only if they can be used against CEO’s, Christians, Conservative political officials, private citizens like Rush and Hannity, and any bank or business that Comrade Zero feels like being the boss of. The civil war that the left started, and is now scared to death of losing (we’re playing by TEHIR ALINSKY RULES NOW) has grown in both intensity and bitterness as we stockpile and and Janet Napwad calls us Vets “Right-Wing extremists” and seeks to limit our freedoms. Be careful what you libs wish for because when Conservatives regain control of House, Senate, and the Oval Office, we’re going lib-hunting. (Hopefully for real).

Turbo Tax Timmy now has the power to fire private industry CEOs at the behest of his master, the puppet of Soros, Chairman Zero. The Kenyan Usurper bleated that America ignores the leadership of the Eurotrash but fails to note that they’ve done nothing but bring us World War I, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and a failure to live up to their NATO commitment in Afghanistan. Fat Germans on patrol! Rommel would sh*t his pants. So while The Cipher chatters off of TOTUS (Teleprompter of the United States), kisses the knob of Faud, p*sses off our allies in Turkey and Israel, and tells us that we are not at war with the Islamofascists, Kim Jong Il continues to counterfeit American $100 bills, works to test its nuclear capability, and the mad mullah and President “I’m-in-a-jihad” still make deals for missile technology and work their centrifuges! Maybe a nasty note to them telling them to stop it will work, right libs?

Liberals laughed at the Tea Parties on April 15th that happened in 835 cities across the USA! It should be noted that after the Boston Tea Party, the British suppressed us more, increased taxation, stole individual property, quartered their soldiers where they pleased, and restricted personal freedom. We rebelled. Then the rebellion turned into an armed conflict at Lexington Green after the Brits tried, as the libs now try, to seize our weapons. It took years and a lot of bloodshed but we were eventually free from the oppressive government. Now that the liberals are running the show, we ARE becoming less exceptional, less free (as Maobama tries to force the Euroturd mold on us), and coming under the domination of some clowns in Brussels and the UN Building in NYC more and more, and all in the name of global diplomacy, saying we’re sorry (for liberating the world, being the shining city on the hill, and being the ONE to help in times of crisis.) Comrade Zero and the radical liberals are giving away our God-given rights, our Judeo-Christian judicial system (albeit that it’s broke), our economic juggernaught, and our government to the UN, the ICC, and other anti-American scumbags. When we’re being dictated to by the weasels in euroland, when these surrender monkeys are dictating the path of the United States (HARD APORT MAOBAMA!), telling us how to live, what to spend, how much we can make, injecting political correctness into every aspect of our lives, and taxing the crap out of us to support the subservience to elitist socialists in a centralized government, it’ll be 1775 all over again. Liberals had better start paying attention to that history lesson and learn it or continue to laugh at us and ignore us at their peril. We’re not hoarding ammo libs, we’re STOCKPILING IT!

FCC now claiming they can violate your fourth amendment right’s against search and seizure, this may be the back door to illegal firearm seizure’s as well

Read this and think of how the fed’s will use it to “convict” firearms owner’s as terrorists, arrest you, and take all your and . “I am not paranoid if I am actually being watched”

Have a Wi-Fi router? If you do — and it uses an unlicensed frequency — you could be subject to a warrantless search of your home.

Federal Communications Commission guidelines stipulate that the agency can enter property when it suspects radio frequency energy is being abused. The provision, which was originally intended to aid the monitoring of unlicensed radio and tv stations, now has a broader range of application as more consumers join the wi-fi ranks.

“Anything using RF energy — we have the right to inspect it to make sure it is not causing interference,” FCC spokesman David Fiske told Wired for an article Thursday. The FCC spokesman said the scope included Wi-Fi routers.

“The FCC claims it derives its warrantless search power from the Communications Act of 1934, though the constitutionality of the claim has gone untested in the courts,” Wired’s Ryan Singer wrote. “That’s largely because the FCC had little to do with average citizens for most of the last 75 years, when home transmitters were largely reserved to ham-radio operators and CB-radio aficionados. But in 2009, nearly every household in the United States has multiple devices that use radio waves and fall under the FCC’s purview, making the commission’s claimed authority ripe for a court challenge.”

The Electronic Frontier foundation, an online privacy group, called the FCC’s interpretation a “major stretch.”

“It is a major stretch beyond case law to assert that authority with respect to a private home, which is at the heart of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unreasonable search and seizure,” Electronic Frontier Foundation lawyer Lee Tien was quoted as saying. “When it is a private home and when you are talking about an over-powered Wi-Fi antenna — the idea they could just go in is honestly quite bizarre.”

“The rules came to attention this month when an FCC agent investigating a pirate radio station in Boulder, Colorado, left a copy of a 2005 FCC inspection policy on the door of a residence hosting the unlicensed 100-watt transmitter,” Singer writes.

“Whether you operate an amateur station or any other radio device, your authorization from the Commission comes with the obligation to allow inspection,” the statement said.

Boulder Free Radio simply moved the transmitter to a new location. They say they’ll continue to do so in the future.

KBFR Boulder Free Radio offers a glimpse into the troubles encountered by pirate radio stations. It aired from 2000 to 2005 using an unlicensed broadband radio frequency. During that time, the station’s founders mounted a transmitter in a tree while connecting it to the station in a van and parked it in various locations in an effort to frustrate FCC inspectors.

Ultimately, the station shut down. It was reincarnated, however, in 2006 and again in 2008.

Not everyone agrees with the FCC’s interpretation of the 1934 law. Rogue Radio Research, a company that promotes unlicensed broadcasters, says on its website that agents of the FCC don’t have the right to search homes.

“If FCC agents knock on my door and say they want to talk with me, do I have to answer their questions?” the site asks rhetorically on its “Pamphlets and Practical Guides” page.

“No,” they say. “You have a right to say that you want a lawyer present when and if you speak with them, and that if they will give you their names, you will be back in touch with them. Unless you have been licensed to broadcast, the FCC has no right to ‘inspect’ your home.

“If they say they have a right to enter my house without a warrant to see if I have broadcasting equipment, do I have to let them in?” they continue.

“No,” the site replies. “Under Section 303(n) of Title 47 U.S.C., the FCC has a right to inspect any transmitting devices that must be licensed under the Act. Nonetheless, they must have permission to enter your home, or some other basis for entering beyond their mere supervisorial powers. With proper notice, they do have a right to inspect your communications devices. If they have given you notice of a pending investigation, contact a lawyer immediately.”

Look out! The ATF is now “capable” of tracking guns and ammo via the net!

Fraud, false arrest, and tracking down legal owner’s is soon to come.

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) between this country’s Police Service and the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) was on Tuesday signed at the Ministry of National Security headquarters.

The MOU seeks to provide eTrace, which is an electronic system used to trace illicit firearms.

Signing on behalf of the ATF was John Ries, the Charge D’Affaires, of the US Embassy, in Port of Spain, while acting Commissioner of Police James Philbert signed on behalf of the Police Service.

Speaking shortly after the signing, Philbert said with the introduction of eTrace great rewards can be expected and the Police Service is “thankful to engage in such an exercise which is not only historic but also important.”

Stating that T&T does not manufacture firearms, Philbert said this latest initiative will seek to gather information about where the illegal firearms are coming from.

Noting the Organised Crime, Narcotics and Firearms Bureau is just one of the agencies within the service which will have access to eTrace, Philbert said such an initiative comes on the heels of a firearm being stolen from a pawn shop in North Carolina and ended up being used to commit a crime in Trinidad.

Stating his officers have recovered more than 130 illegal firearms and 700 rounds of for the year thus far, Philbert said it will only be a matter of time before the initiative gets off the ground.

Ries, who also addressed the media, congratulated Philbert on partnering with the US and noted such a step is a move forward.

The eTrace is a system which involves a paperless firearm trace submission system that is accessible through a secure connection to the World Wide Web.

This internet application provides the necessary utilities for submitting, retrieving, storing and querying firearms trace-related information allowing for the systematic tracing of firearms recovered from crime scenes.

Analysis of firearms and the trace data can assist in the identification of firearms trafficking patterns and geographic profiling for criminal hot spots and possible sources of illicit firearms.

Guyana, St Lucia, Australia, Britain, Bahamas, Jamaica, Japan and Mexico are just some of the countries which have enlisted eTrace and form part of the December 2007 joint Caribbean Community (Caricom) – US Initiative on Combating the Illicit Trafficking in Small Arms and Light Weapons and Ammunition.

“Patrick Henry Caucus” Founded and now pushing back against feds in Utah

Love of country, and mandates from the federal government, do not mix for a new group announced Wednesday at the Utah State Capitol.

Several hundred people whooped it up, as lawmakers launched the “Patrick Henry Caucus.” Henry, the “give me liberty or give me death” American revolutionary, railed against the British; but the Utah group’s target seems to be Washington.

From stimulus money to , some members of the caucus want the federal government out of the lives of people in Utah.

“Any bill that opens the door to bring stimulus money in, I will vote no,” said Representative Ken Sumsion, R-American Fork. He stood in front of up to twenty lawmakers, including current and former leaders of the Utah State Senate, to thunderous applause from those assembled. Still, In the Republican-dominated legislature, Sumsion is in the minority on stimulus funds, hundreds of millions of dollars of which are built into Utah’s budget.

Christina Wolf, a mother of seven, brought her family from Clearfield to the rally. “It’s a little crazy to have a federal government saying, ‘We’re going to take a bunch of money from you in taxes, run it through a bureaucracy, and give it back to you if you do what we say,” said Wolf.

Caucus organizers said one of their first acts would be a bill to blunt federal gun regulations in Utah. It would bar Washington from having any authority over guns or manufactured in Utah, if the weapons and bullets stay within state boundaries. Montana lawmakers first came up with a similar measure.

“I personally load my own ammunition. I’m a big believer in doing that,” said Representative Stephen Sandstrom, R-Orem. He acknowledged gun owners in Utah have that right already, but claimed it is under threat from the Obama Administration.

Strategically, it may be hard to tell exactly how the “Patrick Henry Caucus” plans to wrest power from Washington, and put it in Salt Lake City. Representative Carl Wimmer, R-Herriman, said the caucus is not interested in a Constitutional Convention, or breaking away from the union. It does seem interested in a raft of legislation that would ultimately trigger court battles over education, abortion, guns, and civil unions.

Wimmer does not want Utah to go it alone. The group is calling on lawmakers in other states to join them, with the aim of states’ rights in their sights.
