American Eagle Handgun Ammo Review
I initially came across American Eagle brand while looking for some ammunition for my .45 ACP a few years back. It worked pretty good and shot straight. Not as dirty as wolf brand but not as clean as say Winchester. Just middle of the road ammunition. The upside of it is that if you are into reloading about 3 in 5 sells were clean enough to reload. I’m sure that sounds like a bad ratio to some people, bear in mind this ammo is already remanufactured to begin with. All in all if your looking for plinking only ammo American Eagle brand is a good alternative to some of the higher priced ammo. And, it doesn’t leave a terrible amount of residue to clean like other brands can. I now have about 500-600 rounds in stock in 38 Special caliber. (I’m not shooting as often as I used to).
