Obama can not ban firearms
Obama can not set a federal law banning guns and ammunition without violating state’s right’s to control firearm’s in their indivigual state’s. Here in Washington State where I live, the state’s constitution reads as hollow’s,
“The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself, or the state, shall not be impaired, but nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing individuals or corporations to organize, maintain or employ an armed body of men.”

I understand people might be saying Roe VS. Wade. True, but, the second amendment has been in the constitution from almost the begining. Hense the Second part of Second amendment. Food for thought.
