		<description>The difference here would be that it could be argued that with wheat being a staple food, the farmer had no choice but to purchase it out of state (or from another farmer who would in turn buy from another ... till it was bought in from out of state).

Guns are not a staple and are not necessary to live, unlike food, shelter and warmth.

It is quite feasible that  someone in Montana would only consider buying a gun made on Montana and if none were available then buy no guns at all.
