		<description>When a nation is forced to disarm...the government holdus hostage.

I don&#039;t own a gun--I don&#039;t hunt--I wouldn&#039;t have one in my home, BUT, we have a constitutional right to own firearms.  I believe that it does control crime and only the criminals will own them if we enact such laws.  It is not right to have someone come to your home to verify or fine you for having one and we don&#039;t need to further tax owners.   This is a terrible piece of legislation</description>

		<description>Gee I guess the rest of the US shouldn&#039;t have been quite so glib when California passed basically the same law like 10 years ago, except ours only makes magazines capable of holding more then 10 rounds a crime.

Take heart, single stack 1911&#039;s would still be available.

Seriously, fight this to the bitter end, tooth and nail. Look at what california is like now, that is Washington in 5-10 years if this passes.</description>
